Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GreenHills Suites website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Booking & Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. Rates are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY) and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees. Confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may be charged the first night's rate. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Property Rules
Guests are expected to respect the property, other guests, and staff. Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets are not permitted. GreenHills Suites reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate these rules.
Limitation of Liability
GreenHills Suites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your reservation.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yalova, Turkey.
